SHIPPING

• All orders are processed and shipped out within 4-10 business days.
• Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.
• During high-volume periods, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery.
• If there is a significant delay in the shipment of your order, we will contact you via email.

WRONG ADDRESS DISCLAIMER

• It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure the shipping address entered is correct.
• We strive to expedite processing and shipping, so there is a limited window to correct an incorrect shipping address.

UNDELIVERABLE ORDERS

• Orders returned to us as undeliverable due to incorrect shipping information are subject to a restocking fee, determined by KUFI STUDIO.

LOST/STOLEN PACKAGES

• KUFI STUDIO is not responsible for lost or stolen packages.
• If your tracking information states that your package was delivered to your address and you have not received it, please report it to the local authorities.

RETURN REQUEST DAYS

• KUFI STUDIO allows you to return items within 7 days.
• Items must be returned unopened and unused.

OUT OF STOCK ITEM PROCESS

• If items are out of stock, we will wait for all items to be in stock before dispatching.

IMPORT DUTY AND TAXES

• You will be required to settle any requisite fees for taxes and import duties when the items arrive in the destination country.
